Products Warranty

Every piece of Miss Mimi jewellery is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase subject to normal conditions of "wear and tear".

All of our made in Italy jewellery collections are hand-crafted using sterling silver and 18kt gold vermeil, whilst our fine jewelry collections use the finest quality 14kt solid gold and diamonds.

Our gemstones are natural; therefore, their colour and composition may vary. Our gold supplier is a member of the Responsible Jewelry Council, and all our diamonds are ethically sourced.

The nature of how the piece is worn and cared for can significantly affect the speed of wear and tear. We can provide re-plating and polishing service for our made in Italy vermeil jewellery. This is a chargeable service. Items adjusted by a person or company other than Miss Mimi or an authorized retailer, and items returned for any reason other than a manufacturing fault will not be covered by your warranty.

Do not expose your Miss Mimi products to harsh chemicals or environments, as they can alter the appearance of the product. These include, but are not limited to, liquid silver polish, pools, hot tubs, and spas. Please refer to the cleaning and care instructions for additional information on caring for and protecting your Miss Mimi product.
