shipping fees

Shipping is free on all domestic orders over $300. For all orders less than $300, there is a shipping fee of $19.99, regardless of size or weight.

payment and sales tax

We accept American Express, MasterCard, Discover, and Visa. Sales tax is charged using the applicable tax rate(s) for your shipping address. Based on your shipping address, you may see a combination of these types of taxes on your order: PST/QST – Provincial Sales Tax and Quebec Sales Tax GST – Goods and Services Tax HST – Harmonized Sales Tax (GST + PST)

delivery times

Most orders ship within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays), so your item should arrive in 3 to 7 business days. Please note: A signature may be required by your carrier upon delivery. Also, at this time, we DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes.

After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email that includes the tracking number for your order.  At that point, you can check your order status at any time by signing into my account. canceling an order

Once you place an order, our efficient team packs and ships your item(s) as quickly as possible. Because of this, orders already in the shipping process cannot be modified. However, if you do not love the product when it arrives at your door, just follow our return policy and send the product back to us free of charge.

Returns are on us! We understand (however unlikely) that sometimes a product might not be what you expected, that’s why all returns to Miss Mimi ship free via FedEx. This allows both you and us to easily track your returned item(s). However, please remember, items must be returned to us within 15 days from the original date of purchase. Once we’ve received your item at Miss Mimi, we will process the refund for the product received (not including shipping and handling) using your original payment method. If you would like to exchange an item, return the unused purchased item to us. In the meantime, you can immediately place another order for the item you want, or you can wait until we receive the returned item at Miss Mimi and credit your account.


Once we receive your returned package at Miss Mimi, we will send you a confirmation email. At that point, a refund will be issued to you for the amount paid for your item(s) using your original payment method. This may take up to 7 business days to show in your account.
